The Farmec range of trailers is purpose-built for reliable, general farm use, featuring a fast-tipping body that reaches an impressive 55°, ensuring even stubborn or sticky loads are easily released.Constructed with a full RHS chassis and a single drawbar member, these trailers deliver outstanding strength while allowing for an excellent turning circle. Their practical design includes hinged, easily removable sides and a tailgate that lifts off its hinges, enabling the trailer to be used without the rear door when needed. Corner sockets in the deck securely locate the tailgate posts, keeping the sides firmly in position and contributing to the trailer’s exceptional versatility across a wide range of tasks. A notable feature is the removable headboard, which can be lifted out to accommodate bolsters fitted into the four corner sockets, transforming the trailer into a flatbed ideal for transporting poles.
The mechanical auto-opening door activates automatically as the trailer tips, with the option of hydraulic operation for those who prefer it. Standard spreading chains ensure consistent material distribution. Wheel options include the 11.5/80 x 15.3 standard tyres, the wider 12.5/80 x 15.3 for increased footprint, or the 400/60 x 15.5 tyres, an excellent choice for wet conditions or use on golf courses.
