Unique Chopping Mechanism:
6 angled paddles ensure thorough end-to-end mixing. The paddle design provides optimum muzzle-width chopping length and even feed-out. Smaller loads can also be mixed as required.
Forage as Nature Intended:
The KEENAN Controller ensures that all feed ingredients are consistently added in the correct order and ratios. This ensures the machine produces the noted KEENAN MechFiber mix - which is forage with structure as nature intended.
Two Chamber Design:
Unique two chamber design with Variable Feed Control (VFC) door that separates chambers during mixing. This allows for the addition of liquids to regulate dry matter and ensures a consistent rate of discharge during emptying.
Ease of Maintenance:
Simple design with 3 chains and externally mounted bearings that require no gearbox, due to low power requirement of machine - resulting in low fuel usage (up to 50% lower).
BaleBlend:
Ensures even and consistent intake of round and square bales of all forages. Ensures consistent performance and speed during forage intake and initial chopping stage.
